We are a wholesaler that sells directly to the public. You get factory direct prices. We have low overhead and deal in large quantities.
What is your return policy?
Our
products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days upon delivery.

What are the plumbing requirements
for the Shampoo back-wash units?
We have a detailed data sheet we can provide to you for specific plumbing
needs. All faucets are American Standard 1/2 " female pipe. Sink drains are 1
& 1/2" standard pipe. Please check with your local plumbing codes for their
regulations and ask for our detail data sheets.
What are Vacuum Breakers? What do they do?
Vacuum breakers are a safety device required by some municipalities to hook
your sinks into the public water supply. It prevents in the worse case scenario
chemicals in your bowl being sucked back into the public water supply causing
contamination. Some places require it and some places do not., check your local
building codes. A vacuum breaker can usually be installed by a plumber even if
it was not bought originally, but you will need to have your model
number.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master, American Express, Discover),
Check, Money order and Wire transfer. All orders must be prepaid. Financing can
be arranged through our Finance Partners (please call for details). All items
ordered and paid in full (or with a deposit) will be subject to a 20%
cancellation fee if refused or canceled by the BUYER after the merchandises
leave our warehouse. Some checks may require a waiting time before we can ship,
but most of the time checks processed with approval from the TeleCheck machine
will ship immediately.
How do I place a special color order? Also- Does minimum of 5 for special order have to be 5 ofSame item? How long do special order items take to reach me?
Black is the Featured Color (some items are white). We specialize in offering a
wide variety of optional color choices, styles and designer equipment, which
are available by Special Order. Please allow 8 to 12 weeks for receipt of
Special Order items. It may be a little shorter, or it may be a little longer,
but that's a safe estimate. Orders must be a minimum of 5 units. A 50% Deposit
is required. Cancellation of a Special Order forfeits the Deposit. Minimum of 5
have to be 5 of same item. We may accept special order with quantity Less than
5 of same item, but will subject to surcharge $25 each.
Can your package deal pieces be changed around?
Not really because they are highly discounted, but sometimes we can change
around to meet your needs.
What type of material do
you use to upholster your chairs?
The material is the industry standard PVC - "vinyl."
Does your styling chair work for big people? How much weight does the chair/stool hold?
Most of our styling chairs have a seat width of 19" to 21". Hydraulic pumps are
rated to 350 pounds which means a person who can sit in the chair should weigh
less than 350 pounds. Some of our barber chair pumps are rated to 450 lbs.

How will my purchases be
shipped?
Most of our products are shipped by UPS (continental USA) and may include FREE
SHIPPING. Barber chairs and Shampoo Bowl Units (and some other items) are too
heavy for UPS and are shipped by Freight. Shipping charges should be discussed

Do you provide financing? Can you recommend someone who does?
We do not offer financing, but it can be arranged through our financing parter,
please log Into their website for further information:
Salonfinancing.com. Other financing company may be available,
please call for details.
Do you have a store or a showroom I can go to?
While we have a distribution center, we have not created any stores or
showrooms, due to keeping our costs down. But if you really want to see our
products, you are more than welcome to visit our distribution center located in
upstate New York, we can show you our products. Please make appointment before
you come.
Is there any way I can just pick up my order?
Customers can arrange a pickup at our distribution centers if you'd like to do
so. This way we will deduct the delivery charges. The item(s) that you're
ordering would have to be in-stock, the order would have to be fully pre-paid
before arrangements could be made, and you would have to have a vehicle capable
of handling the pickup yourself. Please discuss with our sales Rep. when you
place your order about this option.
Do you do price matching?
We guarantee our low prices every day on every item. If you find an identical
item with a lower price that is legitimate, we will gladly match the price,
provided they have it in stock. You will need to get a full quote that includes
shipping charges and item specifications. However, the items have to be
identical. Sometimes we can even beat the competitor's price.
How can I become a distributor?
You can apply for it. Simply download the PDF Form

back to us. Once you are approved, we will assign you the Distributor ID No.
